SGIG has made safety part of our values. The Safety Mission Statement was written by the Plant Manager and his personal goal is to educate all associates on the mission statement. Leaders lead by example and all levels of leadership are held to the same safety standards. We use Job Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment to eliminate hazards in the workplace. All associates are educated on OSHA’s Stop Work Authority Program.
